Before and after brasilian butt lift 🍑 (2x750ml) with abdomen, flanks, and back liposuction.
This woman wanted to have more voluptuous body with younger butt so BBL with hipdips augmentation was proposed. Fat tissue was harvested from abdomen, legs, flanks and back (3.0L) and implanted to both areas (2x750ml total).
This type of operation is made under general anesthesia in hospital, and it usually lasts up to 2.5 hours. After procedure a special uniform has to be worn 😉

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is frequently recommended during the recovery phase following cosmetic and . This specialized form of is generally believed to decrease recovery time and improve results, by reducing post-surgical swelling and fibrosis (scar tissue formation).

Manual lymphatic drainage massage is offered by registered physiotherapists and massage therapists. Using sequences of gentle massage strokes, manual lymphatic drainage helps to stimulate the flow of fluid through the lymphatic system, thus relieving swelling. This technique is routinely offered along with compression garments and education as part of Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT)

We strongly recommend for best results that care be initiated in the first few days following liposuction (within the first 5 days), and with a standard number of treatment sessions. Patients should experience some benefit from the very first treatment, and may find that this benefit increases upon subsequent visits, but typically no more than a handful of sessions are required to achieve maximal benefit.

Buccal fat removal 😷
Young woman before & one year after buccal fat removal. Buccal fat tissue was surgicaly removed from inside. This tissue is similar to the chestnut in volume. Tiny openings were made from inside, and buccal fat pulled out. Openings were closed with stitches. This type of operation is made under local anesthesia, and it usually lasts up to one hour. After procedure use icepacks to reduce swelling ❄️
It is important to remove buccal fat before it moves down and creates chubby cheeks. After this procedure there is no risk of saggy skin! 😉 Remeber there is no other way to remove this fat!!!

This is upper lid lift - blepharoplasty. It is the only effective way to fully open patient eyes. Tiny cut is made on upper lid and additional fat and an excess skin are removed.
