Its duration is individual, but planning your visits in advance makes it easier to work on getting back to fitness. An experienced physiotherapist is able to choose the best methods of work.

Additionally, it is worth having a pre-procedure visit, during which you will learn how the healing will proceed and what to pay attention to in the first weeks after the surgery.
