"Young girl suffering from severe pain & sleepless nights and coming all the way from Ulwe to Andheri for her endodontic treatment
📌LL7 was restored couple of weeks back but kept on having severe night time pain - that itself is an indication for irreversible pulpitis . CBCT was done later on to view all her teeth as she had multiple issues .
📌The LL7 had looonngg 25 mm roots + mouth opening was severely restricted which makes rubber dam slightly difficult but its something non negotiable in my practice 🥴
📌2 visit endodontic Rx done for LL7 using Endostar E3 Azure files (30.04) minimal taper and very suitable for such narrow slender canals
📌 composite core build up done immediately after endodontic therapy along with composite restoration irt mesial surface of LL6
PS loving the 🧡 sheets way too much
LL7 to get a cuspal coverage soon ..🔜"

Files used for creating the glide-path are a technological challenge. They are the first to pe*****te narrow, curved, and often calcified canals. 💥 They need to be thin and flexible, but also resistant to breaking inside the canal.

"🦷 Saving two mandibular molars:

This patient came in with severe pain and a complex case:

• Tooth #36 had been previously accessed by a general dentist without any pain relief.
• Tooth #37 was sensitive to percussion and showed a C-shaped canal.

👉 To eliminate all potential sources of pain, RCT was performed on both teeth in a single session.

📌 We informed the patient about the long procedure time.

✅ Shaped with Endostar E3 Azure.
✅ Obturated using the warm vertical compaction technique.

Endodontic diagnosis can be particularly challenging in patients who have been experiencing pain for several days. In this case, I opted for a radical treatment approach to ensure complete pain relief and to eliminate all possible sources of discomfort."
