Jose's advice to someone new joining the team would be: "If you have never had experience with machines, you need to follow the company's standards and be aware of the details of what you are taught and fill out the appropriate paperwork. Being a Machine Operator is an interesting position, but it requires dedication and effort to learn. We all need to understand that we are working with medical device components that are critical to people's lives."
