Amasa Mobile Spa born from the idea of being able to help people effectively manage stress and pain. We believe that alternative therapies are an essential element for the natural healing process of the body. Our treatments are based on holistic principles that help people reconnect with their body, mind and spirit.

Mery Ann
Hola, my name is Mery Ann I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I would love to share my story with you. At an early age I had the graceful experience of receiving a therapy from elderly lady who performed the indigenous practices of the past and for which she required greater knowledge and incalculable experience. By that time the therapy on the island was known as “santiguar" (an abdominal massage as a treatment for stomach discomfort), for me it was a remedy that I could feel instantly, all my discomfort disappeared in the blink of an eye. This has been one of the most wonderful experiences in my life, to feel the power of the touch. At that moment my life changed, it awakened my curiosity to undertake this incredible journey of the alternative therapies and how I could contribute by spreading all my knowledge to help people improve their quality of life. Massage therapy is not only my profession, it is what I love to do, my vocation in life. My passion for alternative therapies has inspired me to learn different modalities of massage, bodywork, yoga, and Science (Biotechnology) .
On the other hand I was a professional massage professor at IBC, worked in exclusive spas such as the Golden Door Spa of the Hotel El Conquistador and Spa Botánico of the Dorado Beach a Ritz Carlton Reserve. I also had the opportunity to work in Klinik Natural with the renowned Physician-Naturopathic, Dr. Monge. These have given me the opportunity to gain experience, variety of skills, and extensive knowledge in the field of alternative therapies.
Alan
Greetings, my name is Alan I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. My professional career began when I was studying an associate’s degree in tourism and hospitality which opened the doors to the hotel industry. I always felt that I need it to spread the beauty of Puerto Rico thru tourism and at the same time provide to the people the best service possible; so that they can feel reassure and comfortable with their service. Searching for an experience that could let me enhance my abilities and studies, I started working at the Hotel Conrad Condado Plaza where I was able to practice my new-found knowledge. Years later I decided to take on a new challenge and continue to improve myself. I started to work at the Spa Botánico of Dorado Beach a Ritz Carlton Reserve where my skills in hospitality were perfected. While I was working, I received a massage that improved my welfare like nothing else I ever had. This wellness atmosphere motivated me to embark on a new direction in my professional career but this time as a massage therapist. During my private practice as a massage therapist, I decided to embrace new horizons for the well-being of others.
