Good morning Monday!!
It is a new week, and a great opportunity to start the week feeling healthier and becoming healthier. We are constantly sharing information on how to improve our children’s (and our own) quality of life.
As we continue to do research in these subjects, we found certain information about common foods many Americans consume daily. It is a main concern to learn that some of these foods are banned in other countries other than the USA, so we wanted to learn more about why, and share it with our friends and families. Please feel free to share with others.
Cancer
With the high incidence of cancer and other metabolic diseases, we are compelled to share about certain foods, sometimes given to children, that contain carcinogens and other ingredients that can cause diseases, like diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, depression among others.
Read the Labels
We can make a difference by reducing the frequency of consumption or eliminating them altogether and replacing them with cleaner brands. If you do not understand the ingredients in the back of the box, can or container, google them. If it has more than 8-10 ingredients, that should raise a red flag.
