August 7th - Day Two of the Puerto Rico Yoga Retreat.

The excitement is still rushing. I got a full nights rest when retreat goer Della wanted to take a walk for coffee! We got a s’mores coffee with a graham and marshmallow topping a short walk from the Retreat Home in Luquillo. There are many restaurants in the area, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or even a quick coffee to fill up on caffeine!

Hello all! I appreciate you all so much for the continue to support and love that you have shown to my Yoga business. In order to certify others to become a yoga teacher, I must continue schooling. I am working hard to become a trauma informed yoga therapist. I need to raise this goal in two months. The goal is $1500 a week to raise.
