OUR STORY

In 2023, we visited Africa, with our children for a trip of a lifetime.

Little did we know, that trip would turn into a business venture and side gig.

During our visit, we met physicians, nurses, professors, IT personell and office professionals—many of whom struggled to find stable employment or afford basic necessities. This encounter inspired us to hire and train our first virtual medical assistant. The success of this initiative led to the addition of three more assistants: two office assistants and two medical assistants.

As word spread, many of our colleagues reached out for similar assistance. This growing demand led to the creation of Baobab Health Solutions, a company dedicated to providing real solutions for physicians in the US and Puerto Rico who are overwhelmed by paperwork and insurance documentation.

We chose the name Baobab because it is the African tree of life, symbolizing strength, resilience, and support. Our company not only supports healthcare professionals but also empowers talented individuals in Africa, offering them respectable wages and opportunities to improve their lives and those of their families.

Our journey has been deeply rewarding, and we are committed to expanding our impact. At Baobab Health Solutions, we believe in nurturing talent and bridging gaps, creating a sustainable future for both our clients and our dedicated team members.
