As much as I love serving others, I sometimes forget to give myself the same energy and advice that I give to others. For the next 10 days, I’m going to do something for myself that feeds my soul. It may be a nap, a facial, a massage, a beach day, a book… idk. But I am making a promise to myself that EACH DAY I have to stop for me. And I’m going to make it a habit, because I’ve only got one me and she is going thru some crazy changes in my life with menopause and soon to be teenagers?!? So before I have teens of my hands, I’m going to pivot and put Waleska up front and center. Because I have to fill my cup to be a better person. Renourish, reset, renew.

I’m still in Spain in my mind. I can’t eat regular bread anymore. Looking for sourdough. And forget butter… olive oil, salt and tomato please!! So many experiences, so many laugh and good times. I didn’t even buy a souvenir. Being present was my take away, my gift. Seeing how much the twins loved Northern Spain was the bonus. To show them new places and how things are possible if you work hard for them. This certainly won’t be the last trip there… maybe a wee cottage somewhere would do the trick? 😉 Galecia… you’re next.
