Esta paciente se sometió a un facelift para mejorar la laxitud del cuello y devolver definición al contorno mandibular.
En el antes se observaba pérdida de firmeza en el cuello y menos definición en la línea mandibular.
En el después vemos un cuello más estilizado, una mandíbula más definida y una apariencia más fresca y juvenil, manteniendo siempre resultados naturales.
El objetivo fue rejuvenecer sin cambiar su esencia. 💫

Once in a while I drag my husband kicking and screaming into my office for maintenance. I did some upper face dysport for lines of expression and CO2 laser of the lower eyelids, and to remove a raised mole on his nose and some hyperpigmentation and seborrheic keratoses on his left cheek. Please know these procedures are not as uncomfortable as he makes them seem, his drama level is particularly high 🤣

Tratamientos que hago personalmente para mantener mi piel ✨
Me preguntan mucho qué hago yo para cuidar mi piel, así que aquí va: recientemente he estado haciendo una serie de IPL (luz pulsada intensa) y Clear + Brilliant, un láser no ablativo que ayuda con textura e hiperpigmentación.

Me gusta hacer algún tratamiento cada 3–4 meses para estimular colágeno —lo que muchos llaman el “banco de colágeno”. También me encantan los peelings químicos, Venus Viva, y SkinPen (microagujas con o sin PRP). Todos ayudan con textura, líneas finas, poros e hiperpigmentación.

Los faciales también son buena opción. No los hago mensual (¿quién tiene el tiempo? 😅), pero sí cada cuatro meses aproximadamente.

Constancia + prevención = piel saludable, luminosa y radiante por muchos años. 💫

Treatments I personally do to maintain my skin ✨
I’m often asked what I do for my own skin, so here it is: lately I’ve been doing a series of IPL (intense pulsed light) and Clear + Brilliant, a non-ablative laser that helps with texture and hyperpigmentation.

I like to do something for my skin every 3–4 months to stimulate collagen —what some call your “collagen bank.” I also love chemical peels, Venus Viva, and SkinPen microneedling (with or without PRP). These treatments help improve texture, fine lines, pores, and pigmentation.

Facials are another option. I don’t do them monthly (who has the time? 😅), but about every four months or so.

Consistency and prevention are key to keeping skin healthy, glowing, and youthful long term. 💫
