Tonight we celebrate two years of wedded bliss.

(Actually it’s tomorrow.

But we’re going to enjoy a wonderful dinner tonight at BB‘s and then we’re off to the new pub downtown called Keane’s !

This is so motivating and inspiring.

It’s right at one year apart.

I made a commitment to my health and wellness.

Which I am still doing, but I, like a lot of you, don’t take time to stop and celebrate the victories.

So I share this not to brag, but to do for so many of you because you do it for me every day to motivate and inspire someone to take control of their health and wellness too.

Your biggest obstacle is always going to be you.

Get a alone, and get quiet, and get honest with the most important person in your life, yourself.

Figure that out first .

And then plug those people in who are gonna be the right kind of people to help you take control of whatever it is that you’re struggling with.

I want to wish my first born, the one who made me a daddy first ,the happiest of birthdays today.

That’s right my first child on Father’s Day.

What an incredible gift it was and continues to be.

The amount of joy and pride and love, this young woman has instilled in me is not measurable.
