Dr. Noel Pérez Soto
Noel Pérez is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in his field. He graduated Central University Of The Caribbean / School Of Medicine in 1995, and did his specialization in the University of Puerto Rico. He followed his educational path with a fellowship at the world renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia in Ocular Oncology. From there he continued with a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastics and Reconstructive surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 2001 to 2003. One year after completing this fellowship, he became the first Puerto Rican member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Since September 2003 he established his own private practice, focused on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Eyelids and Face he also teaches The University of Puerto Rico School of medicine. As part of Dr. Perez practice also attends patients with tearing disorders, ocular surface diseases, and ocular tumors.
His Main Office is located in San Juan Medical Center and also has practices in Ponce, Arecibo, and Manati.
Dr. Pérez was certified in 2015 as a clinical instructor for Allergan Pharmaceuticals and in 2016 as a master injector.
