Dr. Musa and Suhaila Nasir Gaza Pediatric Cancer Department PCRF built from private funds and opened in February 2019 the first and only pediatric oncology department for children in the Gaza Strip.

Prior to the opening, every child in Gaza with cancer had to travel outside - often away from his or her family - for care. The new department has 16 rooms and 14 out-patient beds, as well as a playroom, lab, pharmacy, and many other amenities that were not found before in any hospital in Gaza. This is the first and only hospital in Gaza that provides such care for sick children.
