جايكا تدعم عيادات الرعاية الصحية الأولية في غزة بأسرّة فحص للمرضى أصحاب الأمراض غير المعدية
JICA supports Gaza health clinics with examination beds for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) patients

نفذت الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي (جايكا) مشروعًا لدعم مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية والعيادات والمستشفيات الميدانية في قطاع غزة من خلال توفير 107 سرير لفحص المرضى. وستُسهم هذه الأسرّة في تمكين الطواقم الطبية من إجراء تقييمات سريرية سليمة، وتحسين انسيابية حركة المرضى، وتقديم الخدمات الصحية الأساسية، ولا سيما خدمات الأمراض غير المعدية (NCDs)، إضافةً إلى الحالات الأخرى التي تشمل الفحص والتشخيص والمتابعة وإدارة الحالات.

ويهدف المشروع بشكل عام إلى تحسين جودة وسلامة خدمات الرعاية الصحية في قطاع غزة عبر تعزيز القدرات السريرية وضمان تقديم الخدمات الصحية الأساسية بفعالية. وقد تم توزيع الأسرّة على 25 منشأة صحية ونقطة طبية في أربع محافظات هي: خان يونس، والمحافظة الوسطى، ومدينة غزة، ومحافظة شمال غزة.

ويأتي هذا المشروع استجابةً للحاجة الملحّة إلى إعادة تأهيل القطاع الصحي في غزة بعد أكثر من عامين من الحرب، وفي ظل النقص الحاد في المعدات الطبية والأدوية والمستهلكات الطبية في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية والمستشفيات. وإلى جانب أثره التقني، يحمل المشروع بُعدًا إنسانيًا عميقًا، إذ تسهم استعادة توفر الخدمات الصحية الفاعلة في إعادة الإحساس بالكرامة والأمان والأمل للمرضى الذين عانوا من النزوح والخسارة والانقطاع الطويل في الرعاية الصحية.

JICA has completed a project to support primary healthcare centers, clinics, and field hospitals in Gaza by providing 107 patient examination beds. These beds will help medical staff conduct proper clinical assessments, improve patient flow, and deliver essential healthcare services, particularly for non‑communicable diseases (NCDs) and other medical cases, including screening, diagnosis, follow‑up care, and case management.

Overall, the project aims to improve the quality and safety of healthcare services in Gaza by strengthening clinical capacity and ensuring that essential services can be delivered effectively. The beds were distributed to 25 health facilities and medical points across four governorates: Khan Younis, the Middle Governorate, Gaza, and North Gaza.

The project responds to the urgent need to rehabilitate Gaza’s health sector after more than two years of war, amid severe shortages of medical equipment, medicines, and supplies in primary healthcare centers and hospitals. Beyond its technical impact, the initiative carries deep human significance, as restoring functional health services helps patients who have experienced displacement, loss, and prolonged interruptions in care, regain a sense of dignity, safety, and hope.

جايكا تقدم 14،100 شتلة زيتون ضمن الاستجابة الطارئة لنداء وزارة الزراعة
JICA Palestine Supports Supplying of (14,100) Olive Saplings Following Ministry of Agriculture Emergency Appeal

استجابةً لنداء وزارة الزراعة لتقديم الدعم الطارئ، نفّذ مكتب جايكا فلسطين مبادرة عاجلة لدعم المزارعين المتضررين من خلال توريد 14,100 شتلة زيتون مكبّر، وفقًا للمواصفات الفنية للوزارة. اكتملت عملية التسليم بنجاح في 23 آذار 2026، وسُلّمت الشتلات رسميًا إلى وزارة الزراعة لتوزيعها على أربع محطات زراعية: طوباس (5,000 شتلة)، والعروب (5,000 شتلة)، وبيت لحم (3,000 شتلة)، وطولكرم (1,100 شتلة). وبلغت القيمة الإجمالية للمساهمة 427,060 شيكل.

يهدف هذا الدعم إلى المساعدة في استعادة الأصول الزراعية المنتجة للمزارعين الذين تضررت أشجارهم، مما يُسهم في حماية سبل عيشهم وتعزيز قدرتهم على الصمود في وجه التحديات المستمرة. ولا تزال زراعة الزيتون ركيزة أساسية في سبل العيش الريفية، وتمثل هذه المبادرة خطوة حاسمة نحو التعافي والاستدامة للمجتمعات المتضررة.

In response to the Ministry of Agriculture’s emergency support appeal, JICA Palestine has implemented an urgent intervention to support affected farmers through the supply and delivery of 14,100 olive saplings, in accordance with the Ministry’s technical specifications.

The delivery was successfully completed on 23 March 2026 and formally handed over to the Ministry of Agriculture for distribution across four agricultural stations: Tubas (5,000 saplings), Alarroub (5,000 saplings), Bethlehem (3,000 saplings), and Tulkarm (1,100 saplings). The total value of the contribution amounts to ILS 427,060.

This support aims to help restore productive agricultural assets for farmers whose olive trees were destroyed, contributing to the protection of their livelihoods and enhancing their resilience amid ongoing challenges. Olive cultivation remains a cornerstone of rural livelihoods, and this intervention represents a critical step toward recovery and sustainability for affected communities.
