The #1 mistake many parents make with their children’s teeth is believing that dental care is only needed when problems arise. In reality, prevention starts much earlier 🦷

👉 The first dental visit should be around the age of 3 or even earlier if needed.

👉 To prevent so-called “bottle caries”, it’s important not to let the child fall asleep with a bottle and to avoid sugary drinks at night.

👉 And don’t forget: the toothbrush should have a small head and soft bristles, and the toothpaste should contain fluoride in the amount recommended by the dentist.
