My Story

My name is Yasmin. I am a full time mum of two beautiful children, finance administrator and the creator of Lush Sparkles. As a mother I know how important it is to make sure you look after body and mind. So when I started using bath salts after my pregnancy to help reduce swelling and pain in my legs and feet, I was amazed at the results. This encouraged me to make my own using pure Epsom salt, Algarve sea/rock salt and high quality Dōterra essential oils. Epsom salt benefits you by Soothing the skin, Reduces soreness, pain, Swelling, Reduces stress, Promotes foot health and Draws out splinters. I mainly use lemon, lavender and peppermint essential oils that individually have there own benefits. Lemon helps with anxiety, mood and weight loss. Lavender helps with anxiety and Insomnia. Peppermint helps with Bowel Discomfort, Headaches, Migraines and Sinus Congestion. I can also create different colour bath salts. If you have any questions feel free to message me 😃
