ABOUT ME
With a degree in Diplom-Psychology from University of Heidelberg, Germany and 20 years experience working with clients, I have come to understand that helping people is about offering positive guidance and the kind of support that enables them to make healthier, more aware life choices. Balancing a career, family, and partnerships, can make it hard for any woman to connect to her true self. She’s expected to be a mother and a manager all at the same time, and yet sometimes these expectations can spiral into feelings of emotional distress. She needs to find a way to get centered and to feel whole again. This is what my approach is all about.
To this end, I have a background in both life coaching and relational psychoanalysis, working extensively in Portugal, Poland and Germany and across other European countries. I’ve undertaken intensive training in APPSI (Associação Portuguesa de Psicoterapia Psicanalítica), and I am also licensed with Ordem dos Psicologos. Additionally, I have received Coaching Training (systemic approach) in Heidelberg, Germany.
All of my work, certification and education have led me to cultivate a program that encompasses the entire person: the mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual. Life can be difficult, surmounting challenges can seem daunting at times. You are not alone; together we can find the key that unlocks your full potential!
