Hey everyone,
I am living in Vale da telha now 🎉.
From this week forward I am doing my therapies at your House if you are interested, not charging any extra prices, or diesel expenses. But only in Vale da telha area Vales and Arrifana.
I do it mostly on the weekends, but we can find some week days in the morning as well.

Reminding that i am still doing the therapies at Aljezur in some days of the week for the interested ones.

I do a very unique therapeutical massage through pressure points and body adjustments, that i always recommend 2 hours session for much better and faster results.

The pictures are mostly cupping because it's the only time i can take pictures 😄 but the cupping it's just a small part of the therapy as the treatment is much more deeper than just cuppings, some sessions i don't even use them.

Here are some pictures of this week therapies, with very different cases, some very delicate, other just to remove some body stiffness overall.
This week also did therapy in 3 kids. Some clients don't authorize to take or put their kids pictures of the therapy, Before i post anything or even take a picture i always ask if i have authorization to do it. But sometimes i forget to ask or take as i get to focused in to the therapy 😅

Remembering that i do therapies in little kids accompanied by their parents from 1 year old up, less then 1 year old we have to make a proper examination before doing it...

This patient came to do Seitai therapy with me 3 weeks ago, and before that she couldn't bend forward for 2 weeks, even with the help of her arms supporting while bending down you could see it was a painful experience, with that she could not pick objects from the floor or move normally in her daily life , even to lay down ,or even move a bit while laying it was a painful experience.

This type of symptoms are very common to happen and it's a frustrating situation because you can't do nothing to ease up quickly.
In her case it happened after coughing and right away her back blocked, some people is after sneezing, other lifting up something...

You can see in the picture where the green market is, that area it's where the deeper muscles contract and don't loosen up without a professional's help...
With the knowledge of trigger points ,deep tissue massage, cupping and then structural manipulation you can have much quicker release and live you life normal again.

For quite sometime i did this page but i was not taking photos, using or advertising it , i was caught in the hurry of life responsibilities 😄 so here's something

Full body Seitai treatment with cuppings and moxa.

Seitai is a Japanese therapy not the same but similar to chiropractic and osteopathy, using structural alignment, trigger points ,hammering and different approaching included in it, such as cuppings ,moxa and scrapping, known as Okyu and Gua Sha, being only used accordingly to the client's health and needs.

In this pictures you can see the same client but different therapy days, she was coming with huge stiffness in her back ,and had neck pain and overall stiffness.
In the first session she had huge relief, and in the second session not feeling tension or pain any longer in those areas. removing all of the major tension in the muscles and realigning the spine.

After 1° and 2° session, we continued the therapies focused more in the legs and hips, trying to relieve old traumas caused by older accident.

Hopefully in the future i will post her testimony here in the page...
