The Alchemy of Being: Where the Body Becomes a Temple
Ten days of surrender. Ten days where time stood still so that healing could flow. I have just concluded giving one more cycle of Panchakarma—a journey where hands do more than touch the skin; they awaken the memory of the cells. Between the liquid gold of medicated oils, the breath of Nasya, and the rhythm of Shirodhara—that brings peace and silences the mind—we navigated the deep waters of Basti and the herbs that purify the blood.

Now comes the food-as-medicine. It is more than nutrition; it is a balm for the nervous system and a feast for the spirit.

Limpar – purificar – desintoxicar

Já sabemos que a prática de limpeza, desintoxicação, está presente nas mais diversas culturas ancestrais e alinhada com os ritmos da Natureza.

A limpeza é sagrada, faz parte do nosso dia a dia. A maioria de nós sabe melhor limpar as suas casas do que limpar o seu corpo-casa. A nossa sociedade valoriza mais uma casa limpa e bonita do que uma mente-corpo limpo. Limpo eu não quero dizer estéril, mas sim, um corpo que esteja saudável, com uma mente menos agitada, mais consciente das suas emoções e do seu entorno. O ritmo das nossas vidas também pouco permite que a limpeza / desintoxicação possa acontecer, porque, para isso, precisamos abrir espaço, desacelerar e reencontrar com os ritmos naturais da vida.

✨ Pão de arroz integral, sementes de girassol, abóbora, papoila e nozes✨

Ingredientes
👉2 copos de arroz integral
👉1 copo de sementes de girassol
👉1/3 de copo de sementes de abóbora
👉1/3 de copo de nozes
👉2 colheres de sopa de psyllium husk
👉3 colheres de sopa de sementes de papoila
👉2 colheres de sopa de ghee
👉250 ml de água mineral
👉1 colher de chá de sal
👉1 colher sopa fermento em pó biológico

Preparação:
👉Lavar bem o arroz e as sementes de girassol. Deixar de molho em água com 2 colheres de sopa de vinagre de maçã.

👉Lavar também as sementes de abóbora e as nozes, e deixar de molho com água e algumas gotas de vinagre de maçã.

No dia seguinte:
3. Escorrer bem toda a água.
4. No processador, triturar o arroz com as sementes de girassol, o psyllium, o sal, o ghee e a água, até obter uma massa homogénea.
5. Adicionar as sementes de abóbora, as nozes (já com a água descartada) e as sementes de papoila. Misturar mais um pouco e transferir a mistura para uma forma de pão.

Cozedura
6. Levar ao forno a 200 °C durante 40 minutos.
7. Se necessário, retirar o pão da forma e deixar cozinhar mais 10 minutos a uma temperatura mais baixa (entre 160 °C e 180 °C).

Guardar no frigorífico até 5 dias após a preparação.
