Each day begins in stillness and awareness. Morning sessions open with pranayama and meditation, followed by a strengthening and nourishing Hatha Yoga Flow that supports both body and mind. 🧘‍♀️

As the day softens, evenings are dedicated to calming Yin Yoga practices, offering space to slow down. We gently explore the principles of Yin and Yang.

During the afternoons, there is ample time to rest, unwind, or explore the surroundings, the Monte Velho forest, the nearby ocean, and the wide, open landscapes of the Algarve. 🌿

Optional activities may include massages at the retreat center, swimming in the ocean, wildlife or dolphin observation, hiking or cycling, surf lessons, horseback riding, or simply enjoying deep rest in the beautiful, calming surroundings.

Fresh, seasonal vegetarian meals are served daily, thoughtfully prepared to nourish and energise your body, supporting your practice and your time of rest.

This retreat is an invitation to move gently from moment to moment, to trust the natural flow, release the need to plan, and allow yourself to simply be, letting everything unfold in its own rhythm and time.

We are currently looking for 2 chefs to join our team this year. One to start from March (as soon as possible) and another one to start from mid April !!!

Our Season goes until the end of December, and we are contracting chefs who already have accommodation, and all the legal documents to work in Portugal !
