✨ A mudança para um novo ano não significa obrigatoriamente um momento de euforia e celebração! Muitas vezes requer o tempo de introspecção, aceitação e restruturação!
Pois a força da vida está no hoje, e em todos os “hojes” vamos desenhando o nosso destino.
Desejo que este 2026 seja um ano cheio de cor, prosperidade, verdade, criatividade e inspirador para toda/os!

The transition to a new year doesn’t necessarily mean a moment of euphoria and celebration! Often it requires time for introspection, acceptance, and restructuring!
Because the strength of life is in today, and in every “today” we are shaping our destiny.
I wish that 2026 will be a year full of color, prosperity, truth, creativity, and inspiration for everyone!
✨ In 2025,
life asked me for silence.
It asked me to go down
to where old wounds were kept,
fears that no longer had names,
parts of me that were only surviving.
My body changed.
My home changed.
I changed.
And in the middle of that crossing,
I didn’t find answers…
I found color.
It was through art that I learned to breathe again.
It was through spirituality that I rewrote myself.
Today, I don’t say I healed the pain.
I simply say I learned to transform it into love.
