Cacao ceremonies, and especially my beautiful friend Flo, have revealed one of the many paths to connection, healing and love 🪷

Where I come from, we gather weekly to connect with friends, but we never gather to connect with strangers and open our heart...

Cacao and yoga have shown me that we are all one big family. It is a precious practice, a true heart medicine🪶. If you ever have the chance to join a circle, do it—you won’t regret it.

This Saturday, March 8th, will be my last cacao ceremony in Puerto Escondido before I return to Europe for a while.
