The divine theatre of being human….

Putting masks on, taking masks off, who are we with our masks, who are we without our masks? And when do we feel free?

We spent a week at Monte Orada enquiring into our somatic landscapes, recognizing where we are not free, where we have taken on roles to please, to survive in a culture that feels so foreign to our hearts, and to receive love. And we had so much fun acting out these roles, giving them recognition, a stage to be seen.

I guided this journey for 4 courageous humans to look beyond self-created veils, and supported them with my hands and voice to repatten the nervous system around these topics. To give way to growth, to give a big loud yes to being alive, to recognize ourselves in this wheel of recycling. And oh woman, oh man! What incredibly beautiful gifts, even jewels were reborn out of outdated stories and so-called trauma. May these continue to blossom in your lives! May they become a tool for life, for a collective, beautiful human family.

Relax into afternoon sessions of restorative yin yoga, yoga nidra and a sound & voice co- creation with your kids! One day will be dedicated as an all-organized family surf day. The state of transformation

Here I find myself in the Andes, for a good month now, I’ve been
Connecting with the life force, with the primal power of the elements
Here I give gratitude for all the love that’s flowing in my life.
Here I pray with the fire for humanity to find new ways in this world, and therefore I pray for new ways within myself, new and ways of thinking and expressing that may become solid.

When we speak of transformation, we often quickly want to fix something in our lives. maybe we wish, like a child, that someone fixes a problem for us, takes a burden from us.

I am learning more about the state and duration of the path of transformation. When we profoundly want to change the way we experience certain life situations, the way we think about possibilities, life and ourselves: It takes time to manifest new structures. Like a stone being carved.

Transformation takes Patience. Commitment. Certainty. Courage.

The time that transformation claims is a good thing. The mind is so quick, remember all the times that we are glad that our “quick wishes” didn’t come true, after some more reflection, time and perspective.
There is a solid power in repetitive prayer, and continuous commitment towards an intention, a dream. Each day, each breath, we are invited to come back to it again.

And then the paradox! (Of course!) Of not becoming fixed on a goal, of the outcome of your stone carving, but to play with presence in each moment of your carving.

We can do it. Make it a beautiful carving. It’s so worth it.

And even better if you walk this path with friends who are also interested in creating a new world. Here’s out Peru crew :)
