Today in yoga class we explored several poses in a fun and balanced way ✨

🌳 Tree – we worked on balance and concentration
🦋 Butterfly – we stretched our legs and relaxed our hips
🐶 Dog – we strengthened our arms and back
⛰️ Mountain – a posture for stability and good breathing
🐸 Frog – stretching and mobility with lots of fun
🦉 Owl – focus, calm, and attention

It was a class full of energy, movement and tranquility 💛
