I’m sure you’ve heard people say similar things as you push them with heavier weights or increasing the intensity.

This reminds me of a quote from strength coach Mark Rippetoe - “Strong people are harder to kill than weak people, and more useful in general.”

I absolutely 💙 this quote and it’s so true! Being strong is the best thing you can do for your long term quality of life. Getting stronger will help you avoid so many lifestyle diseases while enriching your mental health.

My clients routinely say things like this. I’m literally trying to make them live longer and live better. You gotta be cruel to be kind! 😜

Long days sitting in a chair can definitely make those hips feel pretty cranky, but as long as you spend some dedicated time stretching and mobilizing, you should be able to counteract some of that tightness and feel much better!

These mobility drills and stretches address all different parts of the hips for a well-rounded hip-opening routine!
