Facebook (as I understand) is a surveillance tool originally conceived as a DERPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Administration) project in the Regan/Bush admin. It was gifted to us via a college dropout so it could be marketed to us as a way to become connected to each other, It does do this to some extent.

I believe its true purpose is to know more about us than we do ourselves, so it can be your best friend or your worst enemy, target you with information to manipulate your responses to pre-planned world events.

Over half of all internet activity is automated, a greater proportion of social media interactions are AI. So, social media is talking to itself over half the time, do you think this is an oversight by its handlers? I believe this bot activity is intentional to steer public opinion towards whatever outcome is desired.

If I wanted to watch everything you are doing you as a government, I wouldn't tell the truth, I would tell you there is a free thing to download so you can speak to family and old friends.

So I am removing my account and sadly this business page. In truth I simply cannot make content anyway, and despite my inactivity I get a fresh friend request daily, from either a business just like mine🙄, some kind of digital s*x worker, or someone wanting me to like their business page, or support their event, it is officially meaningless and a burden on life's experience.

I am going to have another go at posting content about our business but on YouTube instead. I get the irony, YouTube is little better, but it doesn't invade my life everyday with notifications I didn't ask for triggering me into a false need to act quite as relentlessly as FB.

I'm drawing a line. Enough of this.

Starting December, each of these issues are to be mindfully approached. Let me tell you why I have chosen these

📜Scrolling - if I have free time, I can gently remind myself that my alternative is a better option. No insisting though, kindness and non harm are key

💣 I am done with letting my amygdala run the show. Again, without self criticism I will be making a conscious effort to intervene with logical analysis of the situation and choosing a reaction, if any

😟Just acknowledging the presence of this emotion, and that it is not weakness, its a sign someone is fu***ng with your head, so take some time strengthen and regroup your head. Looking after myself is the most accountable thing I can do in the face of betrayal and bullying from sources such as media and governments

👿anger? oh this one gets me everytime. Anger is a clear sign of a perception towards injustice. Right now, that perception is off the charts but that's another story. My energy needs to go into effort towards solutions not rumination

📣The Desire to Dominate, no explanations, I am swapping this process with one with focuses on non harm. That's Non Harm to ME first, after which this nourishing act extends as non harm and kindness to everyone I encounter🙏.

This is a space for quiet, peace, concentration, relaxation, warmth, snoozing, drooling, relief, contemplation

This is also a space to face discomfort, talk about pain, share tears, be honest, discard all the actors.

I have literally cast spells in this space, it holds reverence to healing art, you cannot feel and smell a picture, I wish you could.

Time, money, and effort have gone into learning how to make these powerful and fragrant herbal medicines. 🌿
