I'm drawing a line. Enough of this.
Starting December, each of these issues are to be mindfully approached. Let me tell you why I have chosen these
📜Scrolling - if I have free time, I can gently remind myself that my alternative is a better option. No insisting though, kindness and non harm are key
💣 I am done with letting my amygdala run the show. Again, without self criticism I will be making a conscious effort to intervene with logical analysis of the situation and choosing a reaction, if any
😟Just acknowledging the presence of this emotion, and that it is not weakness, its a sign someone is fu***ng with your head, so take some time strengthen and regroup your head. Looking after myself is the most accountable thing I can do in the face of betrayal and bullying from sources such as media and governments
👿anger? oh this one gets me everytime. Anger is a clear sign of a perception towards injustice. Right now, that perception is off the charts but that's another story. My energy needs to go into effort towards solutions not rumination
📣The Desire to Dominate, no explanations, I am swapping this process with one with focuses on non harm. That's Non Harm to ME first, after which this nourishing act extends as non harm and kindness to everyone I encounter🙏.
