Homeopatia na história... Uma grande ajuda no controle de epidemias
Homeopathy in History...
During the 1852-53 epidemic of yellow fever in Barbados, Dr. Francis Goding reported having treated 308 cases homeopathically with 10 deaths, a mortality of 3.25 percent. Her Majesty’s Ship “Dauntless” had 158 cases of yellow fever with 79 deaths, or a 50 percent mortality. Among 1,380 troops located on the Island there were 879 cases with yellow fever with a loss of 173. This epidemic that ravaged the neighboring islands also carried a high mortality as in Martinique where the French troops lost 300 out of 500 of their soldiers to yellow fever.
