What to say when words lack to describe what i felt in this moment.

I felt free. I felt loved. I felt like i belonged. I felt accepted. I felt mother earth. All those things we are trying to work towards in spirituality.

They were just there. In this silly little meaningful moment.

Life is play. And if we forget to play we might as well stop living.

Recently i was judged for my playfullness. I was screamed at. I was told that i should act more mature. That was when it became clear. I will never leave my playfullness behind. Not if i am judged, screamed at or expected to act normal.

When do you PLAY? Really play? Laugh till you drop and jump till you collapse?

Healing is not about fixing yourself.
You are not broken.

Healing is like a river that wants to flow naturally.

Back in the days surfing with in Sri Lanka.

This photo brings me back. Back to the feeling that surfing gives me time and time again.

To the search for empty and beautiful waves and the feeling of bliss that overfalls you when you find them.

To the incredible joy of surfing waves and sharing the stoke with other people.

To the feeling of being one with nature, feet in the sand and the smell of wax in my nose.

To playing around, messing up and trying again.

Yesterday i recorded a podcast with Chris of . About what, you might ask? About my life. How i became spiritual and what my journey was like.

Because it was intense, it was freaking scary and incredible lonely at times. Everyone is different in their own way but when you experience the world completely different as everyone around you, it is easy to start to believe you are wrong or crazy.

But just because i am more sensitive than most, just because i remember all my past lives and how we went from source to human form, just because i can read minds and emotions of others, does not make me less valuable or crazy. And that is exactly why it is important to share and to talk about what happened, for myself, and for others to understand that you are allowed to experience the world in whichever way feels most natural to you!
