It’s hard to put this in words.

MARAVISTA Yoga. Body. Mind. is closing its doors due to external circumstances from November on.

5 years of regular yoga classes, special events, workshops and 1-to-1 sessions come to an end here.

Thousands of memories, experiences and beautiful moments. A place that allowed people to better connect with themselves and others. To experience the power of the yoga practice and deep dive into personal development and embodiment in .approach sessions.

Balu‘s (employee of the month) most favorite place of all (still not sure how to make him understand that we will not be going there anymore).

A whole lot of challenges as a business owner, which allowed myself to grow, not only as a teacher and practitioner, but also as a person.

I feel that during the past 5 years I was lucky enough to work with and hold space for people of all kind of ages and nationalities.

It helped me to become who I am today.

For now it is not clear yet when and where classes, sessions, workshop & events will continue, you will be updated on my website www.sabrinahilchner.com as well as on my Instagram

After a weekend without Instagram and Facebook I realized how much impact and addiction potential these tools bring along.

What is a therapeutic massage according to the Pantarei Approach and how does it work?

The Pantarei Approach is a somatic bodywork that uses verbal communication, breath and touch in individual sessions, in order to create a deeper connection to your body and the resources within it.
It is a very direct way of experiencing yourself (physically, mentally and emotionally) in a short space of time.

It can be helpful when the flow of quality of life is blocked by:

Emotional or life challenges (e.g. work, family, relationships, life changes, pregnancy; illness and death of loved ones)
Coping with past events
Pain (physical and mental)
Behavioural patterns
Anxiety and panic attacks

It can also help to:
Work on one's dreams and goals
Incorporate your creativity and make it unique

An initial session lasts between an hour and an hour and a half and regular sessions an hour.

Each session starts with a conversation to get to know you and find out more about your current situation, how you are feeling physically and emotionally.
Then you will be connected to yourself, your own resources, your body wisdom and intuition, using touch, movement and your breath.

Each session ends with a moment of stillness, which is comparable to the last position in yoga, Shavasana.

✨About my therapeutic massage according to the Pantarei Approach✨

You can think of Pantarei sessions as a kind of somatic coaching. It's about giving space to emotions and feelings so that they can be processed.
The motto is out of the head and into the body. Because originally we are just that: physical. We learn through touch, we express our emotions through physical reactions. Look at children, there are no guidelines and specifications on how one should or should not react. No filter, everything comes out and immediately. There are no pent-up feelings, everything is in flow and in harmony with the body.
And that is exactly what we want to achieve in a session. That you are in the flow again. That blockages in your body and also blockages in your thinking can dissolve. We work on old patterns, traumas, pent-up emotions. And discover new ways for you to be more and more yourself.
