🎵O Banho de Som (Sound Bath) é uma experiência meditativa onde os participantes são "banhados" em ondas sonoras, enquanto estão confortavelmente deitados.

〰 Essas ondas são produzidas por diversos instrumentos musicais (como gongos, taças tibetanas, carrilhões, sinos, taças de cristal e outros instrumentos de percussão), que vão sendo tocados por um especialista ao longo da sessão. Estes sons contínuos e harmónicos vão criar um ambiente relaxante que ajuda a limpar a mente e a desacelerar. 😌

O Banho de Som traz diversos benefícios comprovados:
▫️ relaxamento geral (corpo e mente);
▫️ ajuda o seu corpo a sair do estado de alerta constante;
▫️ permite abrandar o ritmo mental;

After months of storms, flooding and endless rain we finally have some sunshine. Sooo grateful shift in mood this brings!

White wine at lunch time…somehow the sunshine makes this feel more acceptable?! 😬

What’s the point of a Soundbath?
There are so many benefits, here are just a few;

Sound baths can help w relaxation, imagination, activation, or inspiration.

They can amplify intention, raise vibration, tap into altered states of awareness.

Also its about being together in kindness! Connecting w community without the need for small talk.

A safe space, free from phones & screens. You are cocooned in comfort, surrounded by powerful vibrations.

You can simply be quiet, drift and float.

Getting prepared before a Soundbath is critical. There are many different instruments and mallets to place correctly. Forgetting to unpack something can through the whole bath out of sink!
