What’s the point of a Soundbath?
There are so many benefits, here are just a few;

Sound baths can help w relaxation, imagination, activation, or inspiration.

They can amplify intention, raise vibration, tap into altered states of awareness.

Also its about being together in kindness! Connecting w community without the need for small talk.

A safe space, free from phones & screens. You are cocooned in comfort, surrounded by powerful vibrations.

You can simply be quiet, drift and float.

Getting prepared before a Soundbath is critical. There are many different instruments and mallets to place correctly. Forgetting to unpack something can through the whole bath out of sink!

I´m delighted to be back sharing sound vibrations!
I live half the month in Porto now so my offerings will be less frequent but I will still visit all the venues; Carregal, Benfeita, Travancinha, Mortágua, Oliveira & Arganil.

This month there’s a special 1 day retreat in LOUSÃ w Justine from Sweetyoga ***just 2 spaces left.

I’m excited to be working again with multi talented Valerie in TRAVANCINHA.
