Hello everyone, here’s my June programme, please note the new venue in 🌟 LOUSÃ ⭐ this Saturday.

I will v soon post the programme for the 🌞 Solstice day ☀️ in ODH, but as a teaser it’s packed with beautiful workshops; yoga, Thai yoga massage, conscious connected breathwork (super powerful), Soundbath & Kirtan.

You may notice that CARREGAL, ODH, BENFEITA & TRAVANCINHA are not on the list this month.
I need some personal time due to illness in family but all the venues will
be back in July.

These waves don’t just travel through air—they pass through bone, tissue, and fluid, reaching far beyond the ears.

This is why a deep gong strike, a resonant singing bowl, or the pulse of a drum can feel just as physical as it is auditory. It’s not just about listening—it’s about how vibration moves through you.
