In the whirlwind of daily life, we invite you to enter a cocoon of tenderness, a warm refuge created for women, for mothers, for all those who need to release their burdens and rediscover the magic of inner peace.
The ceremony will open with *medicinal cacao*, like a warm caress that awakens the heart and whispers words of gentleness. Then will come *movements inspired by yoga, a Chi Gong flow as fluid as water*, to gracefully and slowly reinhabit your body.
*Deep meditation, guided by healing voices and vibrations*, will envelop you like a blanket of light, inviting you to merge with the present moment, to listen to the subtle rhythms of your being.
Finally, we will allow our words, our intuitions, and our emotions to settle through *oracle cards, journaling, and a circle of sincere sharing*—like a gentle weaving of open hearts.
A poetic journey, a sacred space where we find ourselves, where we breathe, where we remember that we deserve gentleness.
