I am an Australian musculoskeletal physiotherapist, I have worked in private practices in both Perth (Western Australia) and London, as well as working for an A grade rugby union club for 5 seasons. I believe in a biopsychosocial model to treat patients, creating a specific patient centred treatment plan for each individual client based on functional goals.

Technical skills and experience:

Private Practice:

· Assessing and treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions

· Developing patient orientated goals.

· Performing and evaluating functional capacity and sport specific assessments,

· Performing a range of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue therapy, trigger point release, passive mobilisations, dry needling and taping (kinesio and rigid).

· Exercise prescription, functional exercise rehabilitation programs and classes, and clinical pilates. Movement education and mindfulness

· Education on self management and injury prevention.

A grade Rugby club physiotherapist:

· Assessing and treating acute and non-acute sporting injuries,

· Pre-game taping for prevention and management of injuries,

· Injury and exercise rehabilitation and return to sport
