Some days feel hard, some days you only see the negative things in our lives. I get you, I've been there, in fact it wasn't too long ago that I just reminded myself of what wasn't working in my instead of listing the MULTIPLE things that ARE.
Next time you fall into this pattern, reframe it: this means looking at it with a positive mind and eyes.
Be grateful for the roof over your head, the food on your table, the friends and family you have. The job you have, the opportunities you have, your health, the beautiful blue sky, the sun that tans your face and relax you...that delicious, frothy cup of coffee, or capuccino...thay feeling when you drop on the sofa after a long day...
I could go on...how about that shower that works both ways, it can be refreshing in the morning or relaxing last thing at night!
