A few days ago, I attended a Blue Lotus ceremony with the magnificent Orel Self Crowning , and I'm still enchanted by the magic of this sacred flower and its profound healing qualities. 💙🌺 From ancient Egypt to Chinese medicine, the Blue Lotus has captivated hearts and minds for centuries.

In Egyptian culture, it was more than just a flower—it symbolized rebirth, connected to the sun god Ra and the underworld god Osiris. 🌞🔮 Its petals open with the sun and close at dusk, embodying cycles of renewal and transformation.

Beyond its spiritual significance, the Blue Lotus has been revered for its medicinal properties. Used as a sedative and an aphrodisiac herb, it holds a rich tapestry of healing potential. 💆‍♀️💖

From a Chinese medicine perspective, the Blue Lotus nourishes the Heart and the womb, fostering a deep connection between them. During the ceremony, I felt a profound alignment with my own womb, both physically and emotionally. 🌱💫

🌸 Debbie is a licensed Acupuncture practitioner holding a BAc in Acupuncture from Kingston University. Her journey into Chinese medicine began with a personal transformation, sparking a passion that led her to specialize in both Chinese and complementary medicine. Commited to ongoing personal and professional development, Debbie focuses on enhancing mental, emotional and physical balance and assisting individuals in their journey to holistic well-being.

🌸 Marie is a registered Bach Flowers practitioner trained directly by the Bach Center. She also has a Bachelor degree in Psychology, is a Reiki Master and is currently studying to become a Clinical Herbalist. Passionated by the holistic approach of health, she is dedicated to caring for others as whole beings. Deeply in love with plants and flowers, she believes that our connexion to Nature is an essential key for us to heal and bloom.

Yesterday's workshop was truly transformative! 🙌🏼 We delved deep into the realm of holistic healing, exploring the powerful combination of Bach flower remedies and acupressure techniques to tackle anxiety, stress, and navigate change with grace.

From identifying our unique stressors to crafting personalized Bach flower blends, every moment was filled with introspection and growth. 🌸🌟 Through gentle acupressure, we learned to release tension and restore inner harmony, paving the way for resilience in the face of life's challenges.
