GraceFlow is the set of modalities I've developed as a result of the work I've done with Yoga and Ta**ra practitioners and teachers over the last 15 years.

It’s a pleasure for me to share these practices with you as we explore and demystify the original Ta***ic Yoga teachings, integrating them in our lives so we can experience embodied peace, presence and flow, in relationship, in work and in all life’s challenges.

Classes will be in Colares (or online if you can’t attend live), and the retreat will be in São Pedro de Sintra (Portugal).

The human condition of existential insecurity, restlessness and consumerism, comes from the feeling of incompleteness and fragmentation.

This is to a great extent a socially-conditioned state.
It's a habit.

But we have access to wholeness. It's here, now.
We just need to come to rest in it.
