Benefit Dinner for Palestine 🇵🇸

We together with the Ericeira community supported by so many local businesses like .ericeira, , , .comigo and of stand together for the Freedom of Palestine and Palestinians.

We decide to create this fundraiser dinner cooked by a Palestinian member of our community to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestine (www.map.org.uk).

ALL THE PROCEEDS will go to this organization. We will post all the donation process on Instagram to insure total transparency.

After almost four years I decided that maybe it was time to introduce myself hehe :)

I’m Mariana, the founder of Salt Studio 🤍

Salt is my fourth baby, yes I’m a mama of 3 beautiful kiddos, and yes it’s cheesy but that comes before everything else I can say about self 😇

I’m Portuguese from the south of Portugal,
My dad was the main roadie for Iron Maiden and my mom an actress so I guess we can say I had a rather unusual childhood, but definitely one filled with moments where dreams and reality blend together and I guess that’s how I would describe my personality and life, sometimes I leave in this world sometimes I don’t 🤍

At 24 I moved to Ericeria, after living in many places like Barcelona, Paris, Maiorca, but after having my second baby, we wanted a life full of ocean, nature and sun.
And I found in Ericeria a little piece of paradise 🐚

Before moving, I’ve worked as a business consultant for big companies specifically with business strategy, marketing and ideology.
When arrived here I realized that there were no places to work, no cafes with plugs, no library with good internet connection and definitely no Cowork, so I decided to implement what I’ve been teaching to my clients and opened one.

Opening Salt at 25, 2 months before the pandemic hit, was an adventure and the best one for sure, this place has given me so much more than what I would ever imagined. Salt gave me an incredible, out of this world, ever growing community, a place where my creativity just flows and is abundant, a place that inspires me and where I’ve learned so many beautiful lessons.
Because business are just that, an extension of life and Salt is definitely an extension of me 🤍

So I just want to thank everyone for all the love and support throughout the years, keeping us fully booked almost all year around and with such a strong community 🌊
