Poluição, poeira e até impactos naturais no ar podem causar alergias respiratórias. Portugal, por exemplo, está passando por concentrações de pólen muito elevadas, importante motivo de desconforto nasal. Uma solução incrível para esses momentos - e para o dia a dia, na verdade, é o jala neti. A prática indiana consiste em introduzir água morna e salgada em uma das narinas e tirá-la pela outra. É ideal para eliminar toxinas da região nasal, além de prevenir enxaqueca, resfriado, rinite e sinusite.

A limpeza, além de evitar doenças respiratórias, purifica a mente e proporciona serenidade emocional. Para realizá-la, é necessário utilizar o lota, um bule de cerâmica esmaltada, como esse da foto. Recomendamos utilizar o lota Zenzah constantemente, tornando a higienização das narinas um hábito - em especial em locais com mudanças bruscas de temperatura e poluição.

Pollution, dust and even natural impacts in the air can cause respiratory allergies. Portugal, for example, is experiencing very high pollen concentrations, an important reason for nasal discomfort. An amazing solution for those moments - and for everyday life, in fact, is jala neti. The Indian practice consists of introducing warm, salty water into one of the nostrils and expelling it through the other. It is ideal for eliminating toxins from the nasal region, as well as preventing migraine, cold, rhinitis and sinusitis.

Cleaning, in addition to preventing respiratory diseases, purifies the mind and provides emotional serenity. To make it, it is necessary to use the neti pot, an enameled ceramic teapot, like the one in the photo. We recommend using the Zenzah neti pot constantly, making cleaning the nostrils a habit - especially in places with sudden changes in temperature and pollution.

Zenzah and Casa Zenzah were created based on the values of Yoga. In the ethics of Yoga, there are the Yamas and the Niyamas. Today we are going to talk a little about the Yamas. Yama presents 5 virtues that make up a kind of moral code. Are they:

🍃 Non-violence (Ahimsa);
🍃 Absolute honesty (Satya);
🍃 Not to steal (Asteya);
🍃 Control of desires (Brahmãcãrya);
🍃 Not to covet and not to cling (Aparigrãha).

We believe that, more than frequently practicing Asanas (postures) and Pranayamas (breathing techniques), it is essential to know the moral precepts of Yoga and apply them to our lives in the best possible way. Did you already know them? Tell us here :)
