I spend a day in the woods and foraged sting nettle and wild garlic. Beautiful ingredients loaded with so much power to give your self healing abilities a boost.
I made a super delicious pesto to top every meal with. (Ingredients: wild garlic, nettle, olive oil (EVOO), pine nuts, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste (all wild foraged or organic)
Benefits of sting nettle:
