If we apply the same principles to different layers of our being, we might get stuck and end up in dis-ease.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience in the three dimensional space and we have the ability to bring all our bodies, the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual, together in harmony. Nevertheless it is wise to take care of each part of our being with a suitable approach. What works for the physical layer does not necessarily work on the spiritual or emotional layer.

What better way to restock your storage with minerals, vitamins and other micro nutrients straight from wild nature.
I spend a day in the woods and foraged sting nettle and wild garlic. Beautiful ingredients loaded with so much power to give your self healing abilities a boost.
I made a super delicious pesto to top every meal with. (Ingredients: wild garlic, nettle, olive oil (EVOO), pine nuts, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste (all wild foraged or organic)

Benefits of sting nettle:
• Vitamin A – good for eyes, skin, and the immune system
• Vitamin C – supports immunity, skin health, has an antioxidant effect
• Vitamin K – important for blood clotting and bones
• B vitamins – help with energy metabolism
• Iron – essential for blood formation
• Calcium – for bones and teeth
• Magnesium – for muscles and nerves
• Potassium – essential for the heart and fluid balance
• Silicon (silica) – good for skin, hair, and nails

Benefits of wild garlic:
• Vitamin C – supports immunity and skin health
• Vitamin A (as beta-carotene) – good for vision and immune function
• Vitamin B6 – supports metabolism and brain function
• Folate (Vitamin B9) – important for cell growth and red blood cells
• Iron – helps oxygen transport in blood
• Magnesium – supports muscles and nerves
• Calcium – important for bones and teeth
• Potassium – helps regulate blood pressure
• Manganese – involved in metabolism and antioxidant defense

From our childhood onwards we were taught about our 5 senses. To live in good health, in inner peace and freedom, to understand limitations and to free yourself from those, it is a necessity to be aware and practice many more than only 5 senses. Rudolf Steiner wrote about the 12 senses of the human being.

To cure oneself from illness or discomfort does not mean to only fix your past by replacing your diet or beverage of choice. You would also not fix a car by refuelling high performance gasoline only. Often people start to change something physical in their life and get stuck since they do not reach their desired results.
Out of my own experience I can tell that as soon as I started to take care of myself first and to live my inner truth without exception, healing on the mental and physical level started by itself and it felt like life aligned with me🙏 (or many I did align with life😉)

Grounding not only lowers inflammation in the body by allowing electrons from earth to enter the body and balance out positive charge from EMF pollution, plastics clothing etc., it also has a positive impact on your thoughts and mind without practicing „positive thinking“.

The system that runs the world made us stuck in the rat race and keeps us forgetting to take care of ourselves due to lack of time. But why? Because there is nothing more powerful than a made up mind??? And a made up mind is very hard to control?
To win the rat race and to escape victimhood its a good idea to prioritise taking care of yourself, your body, mind and soul. Not your ego!
I wake up without an alarm clock and I dedicate the first hour to myself. And even when an alarm is kicking me out of bed, I take time to move, to meditate and to get clarity about my body‘s needs and abilities for the day and I realign my focus and my heart with my vision.

Introducing a morning routine into my daily life was a big act of self love and taking the time and practicing my routine is a game changer.
More energy, stability in focus and mood and a lot more patience and gratitude for what is.
Activate your parasympathetic nervous system and start your day in rest and digest mode instead of fight or flight.

DIY EUCALYPTUS TOOTHPASTE
Benefits:
Eucalyptus has antibacterial properties to fight bacteria that cause plaque, cavities, gum disease, and bad breath. It has a soothing effect on irritated gums and stops gingival bleeding.

Ingredients:
- 2 hand full of eucalyptus leaves
- 200 ml of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of Xylitol
- 1 teaspoon of Zeolite
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda

Method:
Blend eucalyptus leaves with melted coconut oil and let sit in a jar placed in water on low heat for several hours.
Afterwards drain and add all other ingredients.
Let cool down.

I had the pleasure to meet .wonder.herb.school and .plantas during The Art of Herbalism intensive and to learn about medicinal plants which grow in the area where I live. I learned about herbal actions, the art and methods to extract healing aromatics and other plant compounds.
Medicinal plants offer a comprehensive and wholesome approach to heal a disease, maintaining the balance in your body.
Pharmaceutical drugs with isolated compounds target the symptom with full force, not maintaining balance and bringing along a list of side effects.
Nature offers to us abundance in root cause addressing medicinal plants which strengthen our body’s self healing properties.
Health is wealth. I would therefore like to encourage you to pay close attention to what goes into your body, be it food, water, medication, thoughts, entertainment, etc.
