🌺𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗺.

Abundance is not a result of control.
It’s a state when life is no longer pushed.

Sometimes it looks very simple -
saying no without guilt,
resting before exhaustion,
choosing honesty instead of pleasing.

Divine energy already moves through breath, attention and intention.
When I tighten around fear or expectations, the flow narrows.
When I soften, it returns.

Lakshmi is not invited by effort.
She appears where there is sincerity and devotion 🌺

Less forcing.
More allowing.

Abundance is not something I attract.
It is what remains when I stop blocking the Divine ✨
When I pause and notice it was always there.

Grace doesn’t need pressure.
Pause for a moment, breathe, and notice the abundance you already are.

We are often afraid that if we show who we truly are, we will lose people.

But what if authenticity doesn’t create loss -
it creates clarity?

💫𝗜 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Even though yoga has been part of my life for many years and a lot of my trainings were completed long ago, true readiness does not come with certificates.
It comes with time.
With own practice.
With experience.
With learning how to truly hold space.

This was my journey with Kundalini Yoga.
And this is how Yoga Nidra arrived.

𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

From the outside, it may look like rest.
In reality, it is a state where the body sleeps, while awareness remains present.

𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Over time, Yoga Nidra gently changes the way we respond to life.
The space between stimulus and reaction widens.
What once triggered tension or overwhelm can be met with more choice, more clarity, more softness.

This practice works quietly and deeply.
Through allowing rather than effort.
Through listening rather than doing.

𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,
emotional integration, and a return to inner coherence.

What was scattered begins to settle.
What no longer needs to be carried can gently release.

Last week, I had an honour of guiding a Yoga Nidra practice at , and I feel ready share it more regularly 💕

See you on the mat 🙏🏻

Thank you all for being a part of my path 🙏🏻

Deeply grateful for my teachers and my yogic Sangha ✨

I’ve been there too.
Yoga doesn’t transform you in one class -
it changes you when you keep showing up,
even (and especially) when it’s uncomfortable.

So many of us still associate yoga with intense physical effort.

With sweating, pushing, exhausting the body —
because only then does the mind finally become quiet.

And that makes sense.

For many people, exhaustion is the first doorway to silence.
When the body is tired enough, the mental noise stops.
There is relief. There is space.

This kind of practice can be real and necessary at a certain stage.

What happened to yoga in the West is easy to notice.

A practice that was meant to be whole
slowly became focused mostly on one aspect.

Out of the eight limbs of yoga,
physical asana took center stage.

What was meant to prepare the body for stillness
often became the goal itself.

And at some point in practice,
many of us are invited to remember —
this was never the purpose of yoga.

It was through subtle practices that I learned something else —
that there are deeper ways into stillness
than pushing the physical body.

Breath.
Mantra.
Attention.

Tools that don’t rely on exhaustion,
but allow awareness to turn inward naturally.

Physical asana is not the most advanced technique of yoga —
it is a preparation.

And this is what I choose to share.

Not instead of the body,
but beyond forcing it.

At some point, many of us are invited to ask:
What happens if I don’t exhaust myself?
What happens if I stay with what is already here?

Sometimes, what we avoid through effort
is exactly what the practice is asking us to meet.

✨Tantric practices such as 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 invite you into a process of 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆.

Through the body, breath, sound and awareness, we gradually expand our 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 —
the capacity to feel without collapsing,
to stay present without escaping,
to respond instead of reacting.

What changes first is not the outer circumstances,
but an 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 from which you meet them.

More space in the body.
More energy available.
More awareness before action.

This is how old patterns loosen —
not by force,
but through 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Not by control,
but through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆.
And from that place, choice becomes possible.
