It’s about learning how to be with it.

To feel what’s there.
To process what moves through you.
To allow what is ready to be released…

And to integrate what rises.

This is how we begin to change.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 (𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 2)

Please don’t get me wrong -
this doesn’t mean I’ve fixed everything.

I haven’t.

I still have some patterns.
I still have moments where I fall back.

The difference is - I’m aware of them now.
And from that place,
I can begin to change them.

I feel much happier,
and more conscious of how I choose to live.

My life is not „perfect” but it feels completely different - and so much better.

to what this process actually is —
and what we are really doing in practice.

This is not about forcing energy to rise.

It is about working with 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮 —
allowing the system to gradually open, regulate, and integrate.

Because when energy moves faster than the system can hold,
it can overwhelm rather than support.

This is why the process needs 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Here I’m speaking about a gradual and supported process —
not about spontaneous awakenings, Shaktipat or other pathways.

From this place, everything can unfold naturally —
and the system can safely hold and integrate the change.

My dear students, 🤍🌕

This is why 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 was created.

This practice is rooted in years of study, personal experience, and teaching.

It is no longer about following one fixed system,
but about creating a space that responds to what is truly needed in the body and in the present moment.

In this practice, we will continue working with:

– 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 — an essential part of the practice, using sound and repetition to shift awareness and gently free the mind
– 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗮) — to balance the body and mind
– 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗺𝗮 — to support regulation and balance through the breath
– 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 — to awaken and guide subtle energy

The focus is on awakening energy,
and even more on 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁, and creating 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 within the system. 🌊

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 (𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭)

So how does this actually happen?

Not because something is done to you.

But because you start creating space.

Space to feel.
Space to observe.
Space to notice what is already there.

Through practices like breathwork (pranayama), mantra, and conscious awareness,
your system begins to regulate.

And as you slow down… you start to see more.

You start to connect with a witnessing presence within yourself.

Your patterns.
Your reactions.
Your inner responses.

Not because they suddenly appear -
but because they were always there, and now you’re aware.

What changed for me was that I stopped reacting so quickly.

When something triggered fear, I didn’t immediately shut down or pull away.

There was more space in me… more capacity to stay with the sensation, instead of escaping it.

Not forced.
But natural.



Movement itself can be deeply regulating.
And in this practice, we expand it -
combining tools like asana, mantra, mudras, breath and awareness.

It’s about relating differently to what you experience.

Kundalini-inspired, shaped by my own path and the practices I’ve explored over the years.

A space to rise - and to regulate.

To expand - and to feel safe in it.

I’ve been asking myself for a while now if I should continue teaching Kundalini Yoga.

I’ve been seeing many different opinions around it lately…

Some people question it.
Some feel deeply connected to it.
Some are confused.

For me, this practice has been a 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 on my path.
But the way I relate to it has 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱.

We all feel that something is shifting - that the energy on a collective level is changing.

And with that, the way we approach practice is evolving.

We are moving into a more intuitive, embodied way of relating to practice.
A way that is guided from within, rather than imposed from outside truth.

Kundalini Yoga still holds deep value,
but like everything else, it is evolving.

Today, I don’t see it as a fixed system to follow -
but as a set of 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

These practices can 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆
and create real shifts in awareness -
when approached with 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.

Less rigidity.
More listening.
Less authority outside.
More connection within.

From this place, I also feel deep 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲.

To my teachers who showed me 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 and truth 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 before systems began to fall apart. Who showed me what truly matters in teaching.

Who opened me to my own experience -
and to what wants to move through me.

I truly believe in this practice.
It has supported me in ways that are hard to put into words.

I feel that by sharing it in this way - beyond one fixed system, with space and freedom - it can support you and free you too 🤍
