We will be learning a variety of techniques from deep tissue massage to trigger point therapy to release muscle tension and help alleviate pain.

With over 10 years experience as a massage therapist and physiotherapist working with professional athletes, I'm excited to pass this knowledge and experience onto you.

When: November 30th - 1st (11:30am - 6pm)
