Volunteers needed! COVID-19 Quality of Life Measure Development
We are a Medical Affairs company currently running a research study to design a post-acute COVID-19 Quality of Life measure (PAC19QoL). This forms part of our corporate social responsibility agenda, which means that we are not seeking any external funding or generating any profits from this project.

The study is going to be divided into two stages - Phase One and Phase Two:
We are looking for participants who can read/write/converse in English based anywhere in the world.
Phase One:
We are looking for 30-60 participants who have had a positive swab test or antibody test for COVID-19 to take part in online surveys. Their answers to our questionnaires will help us create a tool that can measure the quality of life in post-acute COVID-19 patients, the PAC19QoL.
Phase Two:
During a longer and broader second phase, we are looking to recruit between 100 and 5000 post-acute COVID-19 patients that will use the PAC19 QoL to assess their quality of life, for 12 months. Participation in this phase of the study will be open to all COVID-19 patients, irrespective of their test status. The performance of the PAC19QoL tool will be evaluated and optimised to provide the first QoL measure that is suitable for post-acute COVID-19 patients.
It is our intention that the tool will be made available for all public, not for profit (academic and patient organisations) to use for free on the strict understanding that no income or profit be generated from it.
This research study has been reviewed by the South West Central Bristol Research Ethics Committee (NHS) and we were given a favourable opinion to go ahead.
