there has always been someone there to support, to guide, to hold, to witness.

Women were never meant to birth alone.

A doula continues that role today.

Not as a medical professional,
but as a steady, continuous presence.

Someone there to:
• listen
• hold space
• support the partner
• help you stay grounded
• help you feel safe
• remind you of your power to birth
…and so much more that doesn’t fit into words.

Spring Equinox is something we live very deeply in our family.

Living in surrounded by nature, we don’t just see the seasons change…
we feel them change.

In the new leaves outside our window,
the shifting light,
the smell of the air,
the birds returning,
the quiet awakening of life all around us.

Spring arrives with joy in our home:
flowers on every windowsill,
long walks in nature,
bare hands touching water, earth, life…

A constant remembering of rebirth -
around us and within us.

The path of a woman is marked by transitions. These are portals of transformation — moments where old skin is shed and new ways of becoming are embraced.

As women we go through puberty, motherhood, career shifts, empty nest, menopause/plenitude, and all of the countless changes in between.

To hold, witness, and mark these transitions is to step fully into who we are becoming — and to walk our path with awareness, courage, and presence.

Yesterday I had the privilege of speaking about the inner experience of menopause at a beautiful gathering of women.

It was a simple conversation around a table, but also a very honest one.

Menopause is often spoken about only through symptoms — hormones, sleep, metabolism.

But yesterday we explored something deeper:
how menopause changes our identity, our relationship with ourselves, and the way we move through life.

Again and again the same truth came up in the conversation:

Menopause is not a malfunction.
It is a reorganisation of self. It is you becoming a New Woman.

And like every major transition in a woman’s life, it asks something of us: acceptance, listening, and a new way of caring for ourselves.

I feel deeply grateful for the openness and courage of the women who shared yesterday.

may have been quiet on social media lately, but my work hasn’t stopped.

I continue to support women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period — not only as a doula, but increasingly through Birth Coaching: a more intentional and transformative layer of preparation for birth and parenthood.

In working closely with women and couples, I’ve witnessed how powerful it is when preparation goes beyond logistics. When there is space for honest conversation, reflection, and deeper inner work, something shifts. We begin to gently uncover the beliefs carried about birth — the inherited stories, fears, and expectations that quietly shape the experience.

Birth Coaching goes beyond information and practical tools.
It offers a space to explore and reshape beliefs, soften and transform fears, and consciously prepare for the birth experience you desire.

Together, we work to: • Clarify your vision for birth and postpartum • Strengthen body trust and connection • Address internal resistance and fears • Build emotional resilience • Develop new habits and coping skills • Prepare with intention — whether individually or as a team

My work weaves together continuous doula support with this deeper coaching approach — preparing you practically, emotionally, and psychologically for the transition into parenthood. I work in-person and online.

And here it is, a moment in time summing up this summer season which has now passed.

Inward and outward journeys.
Expansion.
Riding the waves of life, and a full-blown gratitude of all the opportunities and lessons that this season of growth and expansion has brought to me.

It has been the season which I have started a very new and completely different phase of my life. Embracing plenitude, or better known as menopause. This amazing, mind-blowing transformation which is happening on so many levels. I’m still catching my breath, but I’m consciously feeling the adjustments within, and I’m deeply honored to be aware of these changes, of these transformations. I am excited to see what new and amazing opportunities I will be given to be able to apply all these beautiful insights and newly acquired wisdom.

Motherhood is the greatest adventure of our lives ❤️ and the most heart warming and heart breaking at times. Motherhood has made me who aI am today and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Today I send my love to all mamas out there who sometimes feel like they are falling. You aren’t falling you are growing and learning to become a better version of yourself with every step, mistake, outburst. This is your biggest chance to grow and remember to love yourself first. This is the biggest lesson we can give our children ❤️

Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring profound transformations. We feel and experience the obvious changes in our bodies. But the changes are also reflected in our minds and emotions, sometimes leaving us confused and fragile.

When we can understand the hormonal and neurological changes that occur in our bodies and how they affect our feelings, thoughts and communication, we can be much more loving towards ourselves.
