Ever since I can remember, I have felt the unsaid, felt and heard within me, feelings and emotions of those around me. I saw different energies, colors and energetic entities. I knew deep mystical contents about other dimensions and realms of consciousness. Slowly as I grew up I began to understand that my environment did not experience reality in the same way and out of a desire to adapt myself and repressed these talents and parts within me. When I was 14 years old, my mother began her spiritual journey and with her help I also embarked on a journey of finding the way to bring these parts into expression, realization and empowerment. Since then I have been in a constant process of surrendering and allowing myself to shine divine light through me, the light that is the deep essence of all human beings and creatures living on earth. A constant choice to learn, expand and Evolve.. I am a holistic mentor and spiritual teacher, I combine deep attentive awareness of the body, emotions, mind and spirit, with a huge tool kit from body psychotherapy, energy medicines, shamanism, movement, guided imagination, channeling, creative expression, etc.. My focus is listening and observing..To be in dialogue with emotional, mental and energetic aspects, which are expressed in our daily life and in our relationships with the world around us: family members, friends, work relationships, etc. and in events that challenge us. In my perception, our life and our relationships are a mirror that reflects our consciousness and allows us to bring growth, healing and transformation through the expansion of our observation and awareness. I accompany people on the journey of life, with the intention of personal empowerment and connection to the expression of the soul that wants to live life to the fullest and realize the potential inherent in it. I am a WOMAN.. a wife, a mother, a sister and a daughter.. In essence, I am a space of light that invites every person to awaken to the divine light embodied in his body, alive and vibrating in creation.
