Rejuvenative outdoor yoga classes at the stunning beachside of Obidos Lagoon! You don’t need any experience - only an open mind. Yoga mats will be provided.

My classes combine a blend of hatha and yin; warming the body, working through postures, and pausing longer in some poses to explore its deepening release and achieve the power of restoration - finding balance between body and mind. My flows will focus on alignment and posture, so that you can reconnect with your body’s natural way of being. My intention for this class is that you come out afterward feeling ultimately centred, and like you’ve just had a deep massage plus a nap. Our classes will take place in an outdoor scenic location around the lagoon area, weather permitting. Class Info:

Where: A scenic spot overlooking Praia do Bom Sucesso

When: Every Tuesday and Saturday 9:00AM from March to November

Lesson time: approx 1hr 15min

Cost: €10/pp

Level: Beginner - Intermediate

Please bring: loose comfortable clothing, and a thick towel or jumper for cushion support

Just had our last lagoon class of the season! 🍂

So grateful to Aurora Ocaso restaurante for the use of their interior during this rainy and unpredictable last month where we could enjoy the incredible view whilst staying warm! 🙏🙏

So grateful for the turnout of each class and the energy you all bring whether you are a new student or a regular, for the warmth and openness you have all come with, for the friendly environment you offer to other new students that has sparked new friendships, and to the feedback you have given me.

It is the greatest gift as a yoga teacher to see the value I have brought to your yoga practice and ongoing journey! So I thank you all for your trust and your faith.
