Saying goodbye to February with very full hearts.

A year ago, we taught our very first retreat. Same place, same views, same slightly nervous excitement.

And this February, we found ourselves back there again, with this beautiful group (the one in these photos), feeling that same joy and fullness we felt the first time.

Over the past year, we’ve met so many wonderful people, shared so many laughs, practices, meals, conversations and silences. Every group brings something different, and every time we leave feeling grateful we get to do this.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this first year with us!

Na aula passada foi abordado o equilíbrio, físico e mental, fundamental para a prática de yoga. Brincamos com a gravidade - e ela connosco; demos conta da (in) estabilidade do nosso centro; e percebemos que é no antagonismo que existe o alinhamento.

Hoje fugiremos em parte de conceitos relativos ao todo, para nos dedicarmos a um detalhe fundamental que nos permite por inteiro... até já!
