Types of Hearing Loss — quick guide 👂✨

🧠 Sensorineural
Inner-ear or nerve pathway changes. Sounds are heard but speech clarity (especially in noise) is harder. Usually permanent; hearing aids and tailored settings can restore everyday understanding.

🧩 Conductive
Sound can’t reach the inner ear efficiently (earwax, fluid, ear infections, eardrum or middle-ear issues like otosclerosis). Often treatable with wax removal, medicines or minor procedures.

🔄 Mixed
