For those who are new here…
I’m your Algarve therapist — originally from Scotland, now been living here in the Algarve for the past 5 years with my 3 children and my amazing partner who is my rock in supporting me ☀️

Life here has completely changed my outlook, and it’s where I’ve built a business I truly love.

Massage has been my passion for the last 2 years, and through my clients’ trust and requests, I’ve continued to grow — training professionally to expand into beauty treatments that I’m so excited to now offer ✨

My approach is all about care, connection, and results.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me being an uber for my children, at the beach, walking about, or sitting in the sun (my favourite place ☀️) — often learning something new.
I’m also a trainee homeopath, as natural health and wellbeing are incredibly important to me, and I also support women in creating more freedom (time and financial) through earning an online income alongside their busy lives.
