By combining gentle, slow, mindful movements with deep breathing, you can release tension in the hips and hamstrings that often triggers back discomfort. Improve flexibility, build core support and reduce everyday stiffness at this all-levels practice.

A slow, mindful flow designed to strengthen and stabilize the hips while improving mobility and balance. By slowing down the flow, we will bring awareness to the hips and pelvis--the center of stability for the body. It’s all about building a "functional foundation". Through visualisation, movement, meditation and a guided Somatic Activated Healing session, you'll learn how to consciously create your life vision and anchor it deeply into your body.

We begin by settling the nervous system and opening the body through intuitive movement, followed by a guided 6-step life vision process. Each step is integrated with somatic "body keys" to imprint your intentions on a cellular level.

The workshop culminates in a Somatic Activated Healing session, allowing emotions and sensations to move freely, clearing inner blocks and reconnecting you to a deeper source of guidance, inspiration, and vitality.

A grounded yet expansive space to align with your vision and embody it.

Following the workshop, you have the option to continue exploring this powerful practice in Sara's weekly Somatic Activated Healing classes every Friday 11:00-12:00 ~ each class will have a different theme.

NEW at Soluna Space:

Blindfold Sight

In this fun and mind-blowing practise we will explore and train your innate ability to perceive information whilst blindfolded.

You will learn different techniques to access 'conscious seeing', 'intuitive sight' and activate your own inner light and pineal gland for actual 'real time sight' whilst blindfolded. We will even experiment with telepathy and remote viewing.

These sessions will help you trust more deeply and learn to use this ability more fully.
As this work encourages resting in the heart space, and opening from a safe space, with practise it is common to find yourself 'coming back home' and aligning more fully with your soul's path.

It can improve eye conditions and give you more confidence if you are visually impaired, improve learning, creativity, emotional balance and self trust.
