As I stepped into the icy water and it pierced me like a thousand needles.
My breath caught. My body tightened. Every instinct said, "get out."
And I’ve felt that before, not just in cold water, but in life. That sharp surge when the nervous system braces. When everything inside wants to protect.
But the river was steady. The stones beneath my feet were steady. The trees stood quietly around me.
So I stayed.
I let the cold move through me. I softened my jaw. I found my breath. I let my body feel what it was already feeling.
And slowly, the pain became presence.
The shock became aliveness.
Nature doesn’t rush us. It doesn’t force release. It simply holds us until we remember how to be in our bodies again.
If you’re carrying something that feels sharp or overwhelming… you’re not failing. Your body is responding the only way it knows how.
With the right support, even intensity can soften.
The river reminded me of that. 🌿

Dear all 🤍

With such an open and grateful heart, I want to share some beautiful news about my work.

Since returning from India and Sri Lanka in 2025, something inside me truly expanded. I felt what it means to be free — free to explore, to live closer to nature, to express myself more honestly, and to let my work reflect who I really am.

2025 has been a year of love, travel, and meaningful connections. I’ve spent a lot of time in Belgium, where my love is from, and I’ve met incredible beings who helped open the door for me to now offer my sessions there as well.

Portugal remains my base, my grounding, but when I am in Belgium, my services will be available there, too. It feels beautiful to let my work flow between these two homes.
My online sessions are also growing in such a natural way, and the feedback has been truly heartwarming.

When we are deeply connected, when the mind becomes quiet and the third eye awakens, we enter stillness. In that stillness, we can truly observe what is happening around us. We feel more, we see more, we listen more deeply. I move in gratitude for my guides and for my intuition, which has never failed me.

As I step into 2026, I clear my path of all toxic energies and protect my own. I release past wounds and traumas, and I welcome the year of the Fire Horse with an open heart and a peaceful spirit, ready to face whatever comes my way. I am deeply grateful for my little tribe, for those who truly see me and feel me, and for the love and support I receive from my loved ones and my clients.

New changes are unfolding, and I am so excited about what is coming. I have been working patiently, step by step, toward where I am meant to be so I can offer my service to those who need my energy and my hands. My purpose is to support those who are in pain or walking through challenging times, through my plant work, fascia and trauma body work, and emotional healing.

I asked for freedom for flexibility, time, and space to breathe. Over the past year, I chose self-love and self-care. I became intentional with my energy so I could show up fully and give my best in service to others. I am deeply grateful for this journey.

Freedom is my intention.
