Introducing James, our new therapist offering Bowen treatments. If you've not had Bowen therapy before it is an excellent complementary treatment for a number of issues and we are delighted to be able to offer this service for our clients.

A bit more about Bowen therapy; it is a soft-tissue technique designed to help your body restore balance and function. It draws from the same principles as chiropractic and osteopathy, but no spinal manipulations are involved in the treatment and it is a safe and gentle approach appropriate for all body conditions, including chronic pain, injuries and pregnancy.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, the treatments aim to address the underlying causes for lasting, effective results. Clients have experienced relief from back, neck, and joint pain, sports injuries, stress, and digestive issues.

James is available for appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Lagos studio and we are excited to have him on board and offer you this fantastic treatment alongside our massage therapies

We are excited to be expanding our services. We have a team of multidisciplinary massage therapists and are looking to expand our offering to other disciplines.

We provide onboarding to our bookings platform with access to our existing client base and partnerships, centrally located treatment rooms in Lagos old town, as well as the option for room rental only to provide a professional space for treating your own clients.

We will soon be offering manual lymphatic drainage massage with our therapist Noemi

Lymphatic drainage treatments are a gentle touch massage, accessing the lymphatic system rather than deeper layers of muscle, and is used to reduce swelling, inflammation and oedema (water retention)

Lymphatic drainage is a great treatment for you if you have had recent surgery or surgery that includes lymph node removal

It can also help with hormone balancing, cyclical water retention and digestion issues

Did you know as well as our studio appointments in Lagos, we also offer home visits?

If you prefer to have your massage at home without the need to travel, we can bring everything to you, all you have to do is book yourself in, and we will do the rest.

Home visits may suit you better if you have mobility issues, or perhaps you just prefer to be in your own environment for ease and comfort

We also offer home visits for large groups and retreats, if you'd like to add on a wellness treatment to your vacation or retreat.

Home visits are available in our local area between Lagos and Vila do Bispo, or we can travel further across the Algarve for larger groups of 4 or more
