Introducing James, our new therapist offering Bowen treatments. If you've not had Bowen therapy before it is an excellent complementary treatment for a number of issues and we are delighted to be able to offer this service for our clients.

A bit more about Bowen therapy; it is a soft-tissue technique designed to help your body restore balance and function. It draws from the same principles as chiropractic and osteopathy, but no spinal manipulations are involved in the treatment and it is a safe and gentle approach appropriate for all body conditions, including chronic pain, injuries and pregnancy.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, the treatments aim to address the underlying causes for lasting, effective results. Clients have experienced relief from back, neck, and joint pain, sports injuries, stress, and digestive issues.

James is available for appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Lagos studio and we are excited to have him on board and offer you this fantastic treatment alongside our massage therapies
